I'm not sure if these figures were released in dollar stores, or were just bootlegs that only made it to Ebay back in the 2000's. They had really funny names for some of them like Ned. These came is single and two packs. These were original sculpts and unlike the Toy Biz figures. In fact, they remind me of the old Knickerbocker offerings. If you look at the bases of some of these, they were sculpted just like the Knickerbocker Gandalf figure, with a wide flat base. There was also another set of Knock offs produced that literally copied the Toy Biz sculpts. I will cover those in a separate post.

These were definitely bootlegs. I remember seeing a bunch of these - costumes were wrong colors, names were wrong. Just horrendous!
