The Orc Overseer is the only packaged figure to date that has been identified to have three distinct variations. This example is the second version.

Key visuals to note are the New Born Uruk-Hai, the Orc Overseer and the Orc Pod.

The New Born Uruk-Hai from the second version still is heavily covered in blood, but not nearly as much as that found in the first version.

The Orc Overseer leather armour is still painted with the similar black colour as the first version, but lacks the heavy application of brown stains that were used to resemble the dirty apron as seen in the first version.

The Orc Pod shares the same appearance as the first version, with the exception for the base which is now painted brown.
