This figure was scheduled to be part of the very last wave of figures "Wave 4". 

Shown here are the Toy Biz concept artwork for a "version" of the Wight character that was scheduled to be released. It was to be called Spectral Creature. 

Sadly, the character was never produced, and it is not known how far through the production process it made it, before being cancelled by Toy Biz.
