UNRELEASED - HARD-COPY - PAINT-MASTER - 1-UP - URUK-HAI

Featured here is one of the URUK-HAI warrirors that Toy Biz set up during the 2001 New York Toy Fair. 

A total of 7 Uruk-Hai resin paint masters were displayed in dramatic fashion. 

These figures were sculpted by the talented Eric Nocella Dias, and were painted by some of the best figure painters in the business. 

These Uruks were shown in order to tease the upcoming line that Toybiz had up their sleeves. These orcs are the most detailed, and accurate ever done by Toybiz. 

However, they did not see production for one reason or another. Camera's were not allowed in the Toy Biz showroom for this preview, as the movie was not yet released, and they feared a leak.

Sadly, this version of the URUK-HAI was never produced for retail, and was only made for the large Toy Fair display as discussed by Eric Nocella Dias.  However it survives as a hard copy.
