Not a lot of information exists on this version of the unreleased glow in the dark Frodo. Only for this test shot of the figure.
It is most likely an early version of the TWILIGHT FRODO. It is cast in a glow in the dark plastic, that still glows. It was a good idea that just never made it to production.
