Featured here is the PROOF SHEET for another unreleased character. This time it was for the FOTR RED HALF MOON packaging for Samwise Gamgee with Elven Cloak. 

Sadly, the character was never released, but made it as far as package proofing, before being cancelled by Toy Biz.
