Not a lot of information exists on this unreleased version of the Special Edition Collector Series Legolas, only that it was originally intended to be released in the green FOTR packaging.
12" Legolas would later be released in the TTT RED packaging
12" Legolas would also be released in the ROTK BLUE packaging.
