The Toy Biz catalog was a once yearly publication of all intended products to be released. These catalogs were made available only for potential retailers who would carry their product.  These were never availiable to the general public. Catalogs were printed prior to the Toy Fair season, which usually kicked of with NYC International Toy Fair in late Febuary, or early March of each year.  These catalogs show prototypes, and many were either not completed, or did not have final approvals from comapnies involved, or the actors.
