The Orc Overseer is the only packaged figure to date that has been identified to have three distinct variations. This example is the third version found in later assortments of the Fellowship Of The Ring.

Key visuals to note are the New Born Uruk-Hai, the Orc Overseer and the Orc Pod.

The New Born Uruk-Hai paint application is completely updated, making the figure look far less bloody.

The Orc Overseer for the third version is also found with his leather armour now painted brown, instead of the black that was found in the previous two versions.

The Orc Pod is also painted with a more greenish appearance at the top opening, rather than the whiter look of the previous versions and the base of the pod is painted brown like that found on the second version.
