The Orc Overseer is the only packaged figure to date that has been identified to have three distinct variations. This example is the first version released and found in the very early assortment of the Fellowship Of The Ring.

Key visuals to note are the New Born Uruk-Hai, the Orc Overseer and the Orc Pod.

The New Born Uruk-Hai from the first version is over the top bloodied when compared to both the second and later the third version.

The Orc Overseer while wearing a predominately black leather armour shows heavy amount of brown mud painted at the lower part of what I would call apron.

The Orc Pod in the first version and the second version appear more whiter at the top of the opening, than the third version which utilised more green to the paint application. However the biggest standout of the first version when compared with the other two is the base of the pod is coloured entirely white, while the subseqent versions have a brown base.
