UNRELEASED - LEGOLAS WITH DAGGER THROWING

Toy Biz 2001 Catalog shows feature text as "LEGOLAS with Dagger-Throwing and Arrow-Launching Actions".  

However this version which made it as far as the test shot was cancelled and never released.  

This is one of the rarest and most coveted preproduction pieces in this hobby. This Legolas differs from what was released, as it had a sheath molded into him on his back to the right side. A dagger was attached, and was supposed to be a "Dagger Throwing", instead of the Dagger Slashing one that was later released. A full write-up on this coveted piece can be found here.

A modified version of Legolas would replace this unreleased version.  The figure released was "LEGOLAS with Dagger-Slashing and Arrow-Launching Actions".
