The Balrog by NECA was sculpted by Purcell toy designer Kyle “Tankman” Windrix. Kyle did work on the McFalane line early on. The Balrog Prototype was loaned out to a exhibition and valued at $10,000. It took 2 years to sculpt. It's currently at the Toy and Action Figure Museum at 111 S. Chickasaw in downtown Pauls Valley , Oklahoma. The Museum is owned by Kevin Stark. You can see it by visiting the museum. This museum also houses thousands of action figures, across every toy line imaginable! Visit if you have a chance!
