I was first introduced to Toy Biz LOTR after watching the movies for the first time, and bought some of my favorite characters (off of Ebay as it was at least 10 years after the movies had come out). I eventually lost interest and then fast forward to 2020 I started collecting for real.  

I first started painting miniatures around 10 years ago with Warhammer 40K minis and after awhile I lost interest in the game and stopped. Then in 2020 I was admiring custom Toy Biz figures and in September I started working on my first customs. Since then I've bought alot of paints, tools, and materials to create better quality customs, and because the world of The Lord of the Rings is so huge I doubt that I will ever run out of ideas for customizing figures.
